Faced with individuals seeking to exploit their generosity for personal gain, the Kcanthers begin to understand the importance of vigilance. They realize that while kindness is noble, it must be accompanied by caution. Thus, they start to cultivate more nuanced emotions, such as measured trust and thoughtful mistrust.
