As the festivities wrap up the following day, the Seekers and Emissaries submit their reports to the Guides. Their investigations cover a wide range of topics, from governance to businesses, as well as local communities.
The Emissaries' feedback on governance is clear: to date, there is no direct connection between them and decentralized technologies. They seem more focused on establishing regulations than on recognizing existing blockchains. Some Governing authorities are in the implementation phase, though it is not yet fully developed.
In reality, the governing authorities don’t see immediate interest for themselves. Their main concern is the devaluation of their fiat currencies against digital assets. The lack of perspective on the subject, the complexity of managing digital wallets, and many other challenges make any implementation difficult for the time being.
However, it is true that accessibility would be easier to integrate if an appropriate framework were established. They are therefore very attentive to this issue while hesitating to fully commit.
Conclusion: without a clear solution, most preferred to put this topic aside, at least for now.
On the corporate side, the situation is different. Although they lack a clear status that would allow them to easily integrate with blockchain technology, there is a genuine desire for change. In the absence of legislative frameworks, many companies find themselves unable to leverage the technology, and those that do are forced to pay exorbitant fees for alternative solutions. Nevertheless, several entrepreneurs emphasize that this technology hold immense potential. They dream of a system that could facilitate their growth and business transactions more smoothly.
